"Anthos" Fine Art Print horse with apple and flowers

from £45.00
Size:

Limited Edition Run of 50

Five sizes available, with just 10 prints per size. Each size is individually numbered 1/10 to 10/10 and hand-signed for collectors.

👩‍🎨 Studio thoughts:

I named the piece Anthos, a Greek word meaning "flower" or "bloom". I was drawn to it for how it captures the offering the horse gathered.

For this first release of Orchard, I’m focusing on the interaction between you and the horse, shaping scenes that invite a feeling of hope and joy. The collection is all about how we can strip back to our bare branches to then emerge again stronger than before and more aware.

In this painting, there’s a sense of being offered the harvest. Where did the basket come from? Has the horse collected the pile to present to you? How does it make you feel? Is it a gesture or something symbolic?

Horses have a special relationship with us; they are deeply woven into my life, and I feel there is a quiet understanding in their presence which is something I can’t fully explain, but I hope to show through my work.

The colour palette was kept soft and warm, allowing space for a calm feeling whilst still holding depth and detail through the use of my brush markings.

Please allow up to one week for dispatch. Each print is carefully produced and packed by hand, with real attention to detail to ensure it arrives beautifully.

All prints are produced as giclée fine art prints by a specialist lab in Central London, using archival materials with an archival lifespan of up to 80 years in sunlight and 250 years stored in blackout. Printed with 11 ultra-wide gamut inks, the depth, tone, and detail of each piece are exceptional.

These are museum-quality prints, made to be lived with and cherished.

Each print is produced on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm paper.

Finish: Matt
Paper tone: Slightly warm white
Texture: High texture

✨ About the limited edition prints:

Each print is produced on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm paper, produced using 11 ultra-wide gamut inks, which are archival pigment inks to preserve every nuance of the original painting. The result is a museum-grade reproduction that is timeless, vibrant, and designed to last up to 200 years.

Every piece has an identifying number and is hand-signed on the front. This print run is limited edition - once sold out, it won't be available again. There are 5 pieces available in each size. Prints will be marked out of 5

Please note these prints do not come mounted or framed. Mounting is available as an add-on.

✨ How are fine art prints created?

All prints are produced as giclée fine art prints by a specialist lab in Central London, using archival materials. The inks used are specialist pigment inks, not standard printer inks, which means the colours stay rich and true over time. These prints are designed to last. When stored in a photo album, they can last up to 200 years. When displayed behind normal glass in natural light, they can last around 80 years before any noticeable fading.

Please take a moment to look at the texture and detail in the images. The paper has a beautiful finish that really holds the depth and softness of the original work.
